Here at Glam Xten Collection, LLC. we are dedicated to protecting the privacy off each and every one of our customers. We will NOT provide or sell any of your personal details or credit card information to third parties without your permission. However , when you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Exchanges are welcome. You may exchange ONLY if the hair is not altered in ANY way, shape or form.
ALL exchange requests MUST be received within 3 days of receiving the hair.
The customer will be responsible for returning cost, and must provide us with tracking number. Tracking information can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the order number.
After orders (Sezzle included) are placed it take up to 2 business days for payment processing. After payment processes we ship and send tracking via email until your order has been delivered.
NOTE: Custom wig orders can take up to 5-7 business days before shipment. If order volume is HIGH is may take up to 10 business days.
We can not guarantee exact date of delivery.
Customizing times are different for each wig which be in description of units that requires or may require customizing due to order volume.
All International Shipments
We offer international shipping to most countries. We utilize USPS and FedEx for international shipping. A physical address is required. International shipping can take 6-10 business days from the day we ship for delivery. This is due to varied custom regulations.
The customer is responsible for paying any international custom fees or import duties (if any) required for delivery. These charges are beyond our control and we have no way of determining what they may or might be. Please contact your local shipping facility for information regarding custom fees and if they will be necessary before purchasing.
We DO NOT take responsibility if USPS delays the delivery of your package as it is 100% out of our company's control. It is imperative that you put the correct address in before order is finalized.
Federal law states that you CANNOT return/exchange human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, and health regulations and concerns.
Texture Disclaimer- Due to the distinct nature of human hair, two heads of hair are never exactly the same. The photos will give you an idea of how the hair textures will look. However, all wavy and curly products are processed for texture. This means that we can not guarantee that all bundles will look the same, but they will not be distinctly different.
Color Disclaimer- Since our products are not processed or colored, our virgin hair comes only in the natural shades of natural black-brown colors. We cannot guarantee that bundles will have the same color being that hair is taken from multiple donors. We recommend consulting a professional stylist should you consider coloring our hair.
Please make sure that you confirm your address through Paypal or you will risk delayed shipment on your product. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU ORDER going to an address that WAS NOT entered correctly. Some orders over $400.00 may require ID to prove that buyer is the card owner.
