Here at Glam Xten Collection, LLC. we are dedicated to protecting the privacy off each and every one of our customers.   We will NOT provide or sell any of your personal details or credit card information to third parties without your permission. However , when you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 

There will be NO refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product unless the product is deemed to be defective by the MERCHANT or applicable laws. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to the merchant within 30 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached before an exchange will be issued. Product(s) must be completely unused and unaltered in order to be reimbursed.

If your order is detected as fraud, the transaction will AUTOMATICALLY be canceled. In event of Fraudulent Charges, Customer will be subject to a law enforced hearing upon company losing Funds or product.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Once products have been shipped, we are not responsible for any issues that arise with lost, held, or stolen packages. 

Ownership of a package transfers immediately to buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect AddressIf you provide an incorrect address at the time of purchase and your order has already been shipped, I am not responsible for any delay/non-receipt of package due to your error. Any issue with delivery must be taken up with the shipping carrier.

NOTE: Custom wig orders can take up to 10 -15 business days before shipment. If order volume is HIGH is may take up to 20 business days.
We can not guarantee exact date of delivery. 

 

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES SHIPPING CAN TAKE LONGER.

WE DO NOT CONTROL THE SHIPPING CARRIERS.

WE CANNOT CHANGE ANY ADDRESSES. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE CONFIRMING THE ORDER. IF YOUR ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.




All International Shipments
We offer international shipping to most countries. We utilize USPS and FedEx for international shipping. A physical address is required. International shipping can take  6-10 business days from the day we ship for delivery. This is due to varied custom regulations.
The customer is responsible for paying any international custom fees or import duties (if any) required for delivery. These charges are beyond our control and we have no way of determining what they may or might be. Please contact your local shipping facility for information regarding custom fees and if they will be necessary before purchasing. 



Note: Any chargeback or bank discrepancies will result in customers not being able to purchase in the future.

 

 

Product Disclaimer
Color Disclaimer- Since our products are not processed or colored, our virgin hair comes only in the natural shades of natural black-brown colors (bundles).
We recommend consulting a professional stylist should you consider coloring our hair.
Packaging - Straight units will come straightened but not perfect due to packaging. Curled unit will come curled but not perfect due to packaging. 
Unconfirmed Address
Please make sure that you confirm your address through Paypal or you will risk delayed shipment on your product. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU ORDER going to an address that WAS NOT entered correctly. Some orders over $400.00 may require ID to prove that buyer is the card owner.
