Whether your closure has experienced balding, thinning, normal wear, or you simply want to refresh your look, our expert restoration service is designed to make your wig look and feel beautiful again.
Our experienced team will carefully remove your existing closure and professionally install a brand-new Premium HD Closure, restoring your wig while preserving its quality and craftsmanship.
This service is exclusively available for authentic Glam Xten Collection wigs.

Have a custom-colored wig?
We offer professional color matching to blend your new closure seamlessly with your existing wig.
Custom color matching is available for an additional fee starting $35. Pricing varies based on the complexity of the color, length, etc. and will be confirmed before service begins.
Important Information
• Your replacement closure must be the same size as the closure originally used to construct your wig.
Examples:
- 4×4 wigs require a 4×4 replacement closure.
- 5×5 wigs require a 5×5 replacement closure.
- 6×6 wigs require a 6×6 replacement closure.
• Closure replacement pricing includes a brand-new Premium HD Closure.
This service is available only for wigs originally purchased from Glam Xten Collection.
How It Works
- Purchase your Closure Replacement Service. Note the wig name purchased in "Notes Section" of your order.
- Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
- You’ll receive a follow-up email with your service instructions, shipping address, and everything you need before sending your wig. You will receive a response within 12-24 hours.
- Please include the following inside your package:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Phone Number
- Any styling requests
Once your wig has been received, you’ll receive an email confirming its arrival and that your restoration service has officially begun.
Turnaround Time
Our current turnaround time is 10 – 14 business days, beginning the day your wig is received by Glam Xten Collection.
Once your service is complete, your wig will be carefully packaged and shipped back to you.
Inspection Policy
Every wig is thoroughly inspected upon arrival before any work begins.
If we discover concerns beyond the requested closure replacement—including but not limited to:
- Excessive shedding
- Damaged or loose tracks
- Cap damage or holes
we will contact you with photos and a detailed estimate before any additional work is performed.
No additional repairs will be completed without your approval.
Wigs with excessive product buildup, staining, chemical damage, strong odors, or signs of improper maintenance may require additional restoration services. If applicable, we’ll discuss all available options with you before proceeding.
Our goal is to restore your wig to the highest quality possible while maintaining complete transparency throughout the process.
Co-wash (technique of washing hair with only conditioner) your bundles. We recommend using a moisturizing conditioner because it helps to retain the moisture in the hair. Rinse the hair thoroughly after evenly applying the conditioner throughout your bundles and let the hair air dry until installation.
During Installation
#1 Rule for Glam Xten Collection when it comes to maintenance is to treat your bundles as if they were grown from your own scalp! Shampoo your bundles but don't overdo it because even though shampoo traps oil, washing too frequently may dry your hair out. This can cause breakage. Use sulfate and alcohol-free products. These ingredients can be very damaging and lessen the life of your glamorous Glam Xten extensions.
We advise using minimal heat styling tools on our wavy and curly hair extensions as they may alter the curl pattern and overall health strands of the hair.
Post-Installation
As you wash, shampoo, and detangle your Glam Xten Collection bundles, use a wide tooth comb once taken out or removed. Hang your extensions up in a dry area until the next installation.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (EST), excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST begin processing on the next business day.
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment. Custom wig and raw hair bundles current processing time due to order volume is 10-20 business days. Processing times may increase during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Insurance
We strongly recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout (especially during holiday seasons)
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
If Shipping Protection is declined, Glam Xten Collection is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers who purchase Shipping Protection may be eligible to file a claim in accordance with the terms of the protection provider.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• We proudly ship to customers worldwide using trusted carriers (FEDEX, UPS, and USPS), depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.
• International delivery typically arrives within 5–10 business days after your order has shipped, although delivery times may vary due to customs processing within your country.
• A physical street address is required for all international deliveries.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges required by their country. These fees are not included in your purchase and are determined by your local customs authority.
• Glam Xten Collection is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
• Natural Hair Characteristics: Because our raw and virgin hair is ethically sourced from individual donors, slight variations in color, texture, density, and wave pattern are completely natural and are a sign of authentic human hair.
• Color Disclaimer: Unless otherwise stated, our hair is sold in its natural black to dark brown shade. Exact color may vary slightly from bundle to bundle.
• Professional Coloring: We recommend having all coloring, bleaching, or chemical processing performed by a licensed professional to help preserve the integrity of the hair.
• Packaging Notice: Straight textures may arrive with slight bends from packaging, and curly or wavy textures may require light styling after unpacking. These are temporary and do not affect the quality of the hair.
• Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Glam Xten Collection is not responsible for orders delivered to addresses entered incorrectly during checkout.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all transactions are subject to our Order Verification Policy.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes that violate our Terms of Service may result in:
- Permanent restriction from future purchases with Glam Xten Collection.
- Submission of supporting documentation, including order records, delivery confirmation, signed verification forms, correspondence, and transaction history, to the payment processor or financial institution.
- Additional legal remedies where permitted by applicable law.
